At the heart of this recipe is a very special, very select apricot. After tasting apricots from around the world, we carefully selected a grower in the fertile farmland of California, where the fruit plumps to the ideal taste and texture.

Once picked, we use the time-honored European tradition of glaceeing the ripe fruit. As the fruit slightly dries, it's bathed in pure, natural sugar, just as it's been done for centuries. We then hand-dip them in our signature European chocolate. The slightly tart flavor is complimented best with our 60% dark chocolate—the perfect counterbalance to the fruit.

Perfectly pairs with: Triple cream cheese, a Single malt scotch, late harvest dessert wines or a quiet moment with a cup of Darjeeling tea.

First Rate Quality!

I treat myself to chocolate dipped apricots every Christmas and these are by far the highest quality, presentation and delivery of any I've had. They were delivered when I requested, in perfect condition and fresh and wonderful quality -- a true treat!

Fabulous, wish they were dairy-free

These are fabulous confections: perfectly candied apricot, delicious dark chocolate. Unfortunately the dark chocolate is made with milkfat, so not everyone can partake. This is clearly stated upfront, so I did know before ordering, unlike the dark-chocolate glaceéd oranges which did not mention dairy in the online ingredients.
