Coconut Milk,Yogurt & Strawberry Panna Cotta
Ingredients:
- 2 cup Coconut Milk
- 1 cup Yogurt, whole milk
- 1 tablespoon Powdered Gelatin
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Sliced Strawberries
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
Directions:
1. Sprinkle gelatin over 1/2 cup of the coconut milk and set aside.
2. Bring sugar, remaining coconut milk to a simmer. Add yogurt, gelatin and vanilla. Stir until incorporated.
3. Fold in strawberries and place in desired dishes.
