Chocolate Ruby Port Fondue
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup Heavy Cream
- 8 ounce Bissinger's 60% Dark Chocolate, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1/2 cup Ruby Port
- Pound Cake Cubes or Cookies for Dipping
- Strawberries or any Fruit of your choosing, cleaned for dipping
- Biscotti Bits or Shortbread, for dipping
- Marshmallows, for dipping
Directions:
In a microwave-safe bowl, mix heavy cream, chocolate, and butter together. Microwave for 2 minutes.
Remove from microwave and give it a quick whisk. Add wine and whisk again. Transfer to a heated fondue pot. Serve with pound cake cubes, marshmallows, fresh fruits, biscotti bits or shortbread on the side for dipping.
